The repair of wood dryers
When operating wood dry kilns, it need to be maintained and serviced just like any other device, such as car. Failure to do so will lead to damages.
Dry kilns wears and tears in time because of temperature, moisture and other factors. In such reasons it looses precision in control and mechanics.

Repair of boilers

Production of wood dryers’ control panels
We manufacture new and repair old electrical control panels for dry kilns. According to the customers’ requests, we offer relay or inverter electrical control panels .
Depending on the controllers used, we offer Hitachi or Lenze frequency converters .
Upon request, we also assemble relay control panels, for which we use only the top quality components - ABB, Siemens, Schneider, or others, according to the customer's request .
Wood dry kilns controllers maintenance and repair
Lignumo servisas Ltd. repairs not working controllers and entire control systems of wood dryers’. We also repair controllers that are no longer in production, such as RGK CSA electronic.
We replace sensors: thermocouples, EMC sensors, MC cabels, other sensors, for GANN, Katres, Logica, ATS and other systems.
Installation and adjustment of wood dryers controlers

Manufacture of wood dry kilns components
According to customer needs, we design and produce heatexchangers, doors of kiln dryers, etc.
Welding of non-ferrous metal structures
We weld non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper) and stainless steel. Welding works are performed with Argon gas.
