We offer you the third generation conventional wood drying system developed By Alent Dynamic from Sweden.
The conventional wood drying methot was developped at about 1950 s and is based by entire air and heat flow inside the kilning chamber.
This method has been improved at about 1990 s by slowing down the air flow near the end of drying process still the hot air flow keeping constant. The method allowed to save some of electric energy not reducing the kilning quality of the wood.
The system of Alent Dynamic is based by cycles between short intervals of full ventilation and longer intervals of rest.
While decreasing the air flow, as well as the heat flow the surface of the wood is released from the stress. In such way the drying time becomes shorter, the drying quality becomes better.
You will avoid cracks and splits of the wood, deformations and discolorations, you will have shorter drying time if you use this drying system. But the most important is that you will save much more of electric and thermal energy. The manufacturer assures that the costs of Alent Dynamic system pays off within one year after starting to use it.
Alent Dynamic system includes the controller with accessories and PC, and could be mounted into old kilning chambers as well as into the new ones.
